Arthritis - Osteoarthritis

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I have been taking a lot of medication for this and I am still in a lot of pain. I can barely stand for one hour. I can't even think about waiting in queues. Is there anything that I can do to ease this pain? I tried physiotherapy but it is not so helpful. I have a lot of swelling in my joints right after the therapy. Please suggest some tips and remedies.

Osteoarthritis can really be a crippler. There is no cure for it, so the best we can do at the present time is to find ways to slow the progression down.

There are a number of good videos here To help reduce arthritis inflammation

I personally use the best tasting anti-inflammatory cocktail (since it was my recipe) for years now and it does help
