Dr. Levine received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Affiliated Hospitals. He received fellowship training in hip and knee reconstruction at St. Vincent’s Hospital/University of Arkansas for Medical Science in Little Rock, AR.
