Dr. Sunil Jani is board certified in orthopedic surgery and specializes sports medicine and cartilage preservation techniques. Dr. Jani received his medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He received additional training in sports medicine as a fellow at the Taos Orthopaedic Institute.

Prior to his medical training, Dr. Jani competed in footbag (hacky-sack) tournaments around the world. He is a volunteer physician with the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association.
