Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower Recipe


  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon grated turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger or ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
  2. Mix olive oil, turmeric,salt, pepper, and ginger or cumin in a large bowl.
  3. Add cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes at 450ºF.
